What to email about
"I bought YAHA and haven't received access."
Email from the address you bought with and I will find your purchase and get you in.
"Can I get a refund?"
All sales are final, so please read the Refund Policy before you buy. If something has gone wrong with your payment or access, that is different and I will always fix it. Email me.
"I was charged twice" or "my payment failed but money left my account."
Email me with the date and amount. I will check it against the payment records and sort it out.
"Can I pay in rupees, does UPI work?"
Checkout is handled by Topmate and shows local currency for most countries. If your payment is declining, email me and tell me which country and which card type, and I will find you another way to pay.
"Which tier should I pick?"
Tell me what you are actually working on and I will tell you honestly, including if the answer is the cheapest one.
"Is this right for me?"
Ask. I would rather talk you out of it now than have you in the program feeling like it was not what you thought.
