Terms of Service

These terms apply to YAHA ("You Are HER Already"), a 21-day digital program sold and delivered by Gul-e Rana ("we", "us"). By purchasing or joining YAHA, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

YAHA is a digital program. Depending on the tier you choose, it includes some combination of daily written and audio material, a workbook and exercises, access to a private online community, and (on the VIP tier) group coaching calls.

Doors open September 20, 2026 and close September 30, 2026. The program begins October 1, 2026. Material is released on a schedule across the 21 days, not all at once.

Tiers and prices are shown on the sales page at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future enrollments; this does not affect a purchase already completed.

How payment works

Payments are processed by Topmate, a third-party platform. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Your purchase is also subject to Topmate's own terms and privacy policy.

Prices are listed in USD. Topmate may display or charge a local-currency equivalent. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees or foreign transaction fees that we do not control and cannot refund.

Getting access

After your payment completes, you will receive an invitation to the YAHA community at the email address used at checkout. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam and promotions folders, then email yaha@gul-e-rana.com with the email address you purchased with.

Access is personal and for one person. Please do not share your login, invitation link, or the program materials with anyone else. We may remove access without refund if materials are shared, resold, or posted publicly.

What is yours and what is ours

All YAHA material, including written content, audio, workbooks, prompts, and community posts by us, remains our intellectual property. You may use it for your own personal practice. You may not copy, resell, republish, teach, or repackage it, in whole or in part, including inside your own paid or free offer.

Anything you post inside the community remains yours. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the community. We will not share, quote, or repost anything you write in the community outside of it without asking you first.

Community conduct

The YAHA community is a shared space. Please keep what other members share inside it private. Harassment, hate speech, spam, promotion of your own offers, and sharing other members' words or images outside the community are not allowed. We may remove anyone who does these things, without refund.

What YAHA is not

YAHA is a personal development and mindset program. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, psychiatric care, or financial, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. We are not licensed to provide them.

If you are dealing with a mental health condition, or anything else that needs professional care, please work with a qualified professional. YAHA can sit alongside that; it cannot replace it.

Results

YAHA teaches a practice. It does not promise an outcome.

We make no guarantee that you will earn money, change your appearance, find a relationship, or achieve any other specific result, and no guarantee about how long anything might take. Anything we share about our own experience, or that other members share about theirs, is their experience and not a promise of yours. What you get out of the program depends on you.

Cancellation and refunds

YAHA is a digital program and all sales are final. See our Refund Policy page for the full detail, including the things we will always fix.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of YAHA, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law in your own country that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already completed.
